Die Bezeichnung Sleeve (engl. Ärmel) verwendet man für tätowierte Arme. Unterschieden wird hier zwischen einem Full-Sleeve und einem Half-Sleeve. Je nachdem, ob die Tätowierung durch einen kurzen oder durch einen hochgekrempelten Hemdsärmel noch verdeckt werden kann. Ein Sleeve umschließt die komplette Armfläche.

Hier eignen sich besonders Half-Sleeves sehr gut, da sie sich bei Bedarf im Büro leicht verdecken lassen.
